“We won only one bronze medal at the event but that was really not our concern because we were able to expose our athletes to such high class championship. The young athletes had the opportunity to meet other of their mates from all over the country. They even met with some top Nigeria athletes and it really help to create some hunger in them.

“The joy on the face of the Athletes was some of them is what  i enjoyed so much. You could see that they really loved it. Most of the athletes have not left Abuja talk more of even flying. It was a very good experience they had and we are also happy that we are able to put smiles on their faces.

“This is the goal of our Chairman, Mr Mike Enahoro who is the architect of the program. His goal is to produce top class athletes from the grassroots, that would eventually grow to represent Nigeria in the future. We have several centers in Abuja where young athletes are been trained by top class coaches.

“We also appreciate our partners, Dana Air, and Aquadana waters. They made it possible for us to put smiles on some Nigerians whose life will never remain the same because of the experience they got from the tournament,” she concluded.
